  • The Neuroscience of Trust (Paul Zak)

  • Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivation 

  • Building the Team 

  • Post-course Action planning – how you will encourage rebel ideas, build a culture of trust and motivate each member of your staff

Coaching and Feedback

Getting the right people in place, listening to what’s happening - good and bad, setting goals around what you are best suited to, and how to have a disciplined organisation wide approach to reaching the goals.

The overall objective of this module is to be able to set a clear strategic direction for the department – a vital role of the leader.
